Delete your Trail4Us account
Request permanent deletion even if you no longer have the Trail4Us app. This applies to email, Google, and Apple sign-in accounts.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@trail4us.com from the address linked to your account when possible. Include your account email, full name, and sign-in method. Never send your password.
Signed-in users can also delete their account immediately from Account Settings.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in data, purchases and bookings, cart, saved TrailCards, likes, notification registrations, reviews, comments, image requests, newsletter subscription, and unreferenced uploads are removed from active Trail4Us systems.
What may be retained
We may retain only the minimum transaction, invoice, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, deletion-request, or legal-claims records required or permitted by applicable law. Temporary backup copies remain only until normal rotation. Separately controlled Google, Apple, or Stripe records follow those providers' policies.
How long deletion takes
In-app deletion normally removes active account data immediately. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days. We will notify you if applicable law permits and requires more time for an unusually complex request.
